Who owns Swedish land? (2021)

In Ownershift's third report, we examined whether there are gender differences in the ownership of Sweden's real estate and land. Our results show that men own 10 percent more than women based on the total assessed value of privately owned  real estate and as much as 158 percent, or more than twice as much, of all privately owned land.
